A GIS Webmap Created Using ArcGIS Online Open Data Sources

I was given a freelance opportunity to create a webmap for an investor to consider the best location to open his business. He would like to find out where his target customers are located in the country. Some key factors he wanted to know are median household income, median disposable income, age distribution, etc..

Challenge

However, due to a limited budget, the investor wanted to keep cost to the lowest and he did not wish to have a maintenance cost. So I decided the best option was to create the webmap using an ESRI free account using open data sources. While the functionalities are limited compared to a paid subscription account, the investor should be able to find out where his target customers are located.
