Hello, my name is Cyrus Li. I am a GIS professional based in Vancouver, British Columbia. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Simon Fraser University and an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
With over a decade of experience in the GIS field, I specialize in spatial data analysis, mapping, and developing geospatial solutions using Esri technologies. My work focuses on transforming complex spatial datasets into clear, actionable insights through effective visualization and analysis.
I also work with programming and web technologies including Python, JavaScript, and HTML to automate GIS workflows, customize GIS applications, and build interactive mapping solutions. This portfolio showcases projects that highlight my technical skills and experience working with real-world spatial data.

With a background in geography and GIS, I currently work as a Senior GIS Specialist in the Engineering Department at SkyTrain, where I provide GIS solutions through spatial analysis, data management, and visualization to support engineering and operational decision-making.
